By accessing and using SkyX Technology ("the Service"), which includes a suite of generative AI tools for video, images, and design, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SkyX Technology provides AI-powered content generation services, including but not limited to video generation, image editing, interior design concepts, architectural visualizations, and marketing assets. Users can upload content and specify preferences to receive AI-generated results. The service is provided "AS IS" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, create, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for all content that you upload or generate via the Service.

By submitting content (e.g., uploaded images, prompts) to the Service, you grant SkyX Technology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Regarding the content you generate, you own the rights to your creations, subject to the terms of your specific plan and our acceptable use policy.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. SkyX Technology disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

SkyX Technology makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

In no event shall SkyX Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
