Our primary paid offerings are credit packs, which are one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Upon processing a refund, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account. This policy is limited to one refund per customer.

4. Subscription Plans (Future)

In the event we offer monthly or annual subscription plans in the future, the following terms will apply, subject to the 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the initial purchase:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• No Refunds for Partial Periods: After the initial 7-day guarantee, we do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused services, or downgrades.
